PPS: ... how they merge or how they *commute*!
Namely, the different completion functors apparently don't merge, but they
commute, and I guess I am to blame for it. I guess completion functors
should only commute if they complete at the same point. E.g., completion
at 7 with precision 20 and completion at 7 with precision 40 does commute.
But completion at 7 and completion at +Infinity should not commute.
