 Commit's up. Changes: The iteration guard is now used on all internal
 iterations. So, it should now be impossible that garbage collection
 changes the length of a hash bucket while we iterate over the bucket.

 I could not test yet whether the addition of iteration guards has a
 noticeable effect on the performance. Can you test whether the new commit
 fixes the crash for you?
