In thematic tutorial and docstring, we should explain how to do branch
{{{B_r => D_r}}} and {{{D_r => B_{r-1}}}}. This should
go in the section orthogonal-and-symplectic-subgroups-of-orthogonal-and-
symplectic-groups of the thematic tutorial.
