Just now I successfully took an existing Sage build and updated just the R
spkg. That went well, and all tests passed. I found it a little odd that
the rpy spkg wasn't rebuilt (it tried to install it and exited, saying
`Package rpy2-2.0.8.p0 is already installed`). I hope that the rpy spkg
just relies on information like where R has been installed, not specific
version information.
