 Yes, a bunch of ideas :)
 It's not expected to work anyway, adding support is not that hard, but was
 not the point of this ticket, the few steps for Cygwin64 support are:
 * updated the configfsf.* scripts,
 * tweak the ABI stuff in spkg-install.
 I think that's all.
 A priori, all needed fixed are in MPIR master git branchn bt I've not
 tested it lately.
