Andrew is working on the git plugin this week, so its possibly not
accurate at the moment.
Do we really need ac 2.63, which is only about 5 years old? 2.61 doesn't
work? Also I don't see the new dependency being documented.
In any case, I think OSX users will be in a world of hurt if we merge
this. I take it you are volunteering to walk them through autoconf
installation? ;-)
