PS: In th above list of 121 category classes with failing `an_instance()`,
there are of course many classes that probably should not be directly
instantiated. So, the "real" list will be much shorter. Above list was
found by an automatic procedure that simply imported all available
subclasses of `Category` and tried `an_instance()` on them.
