In response to the above discussion, WeylCharacterRings now have two (very
similarly named) methods, {{{maximal_subgroups}}} and
{{{maximal_subgroup}}}. Also, the BranchingRule class has a branch method.
The thematic tutorials still need to be revised so I changed the status to
needs_work.
