If I understand correctly, `_from_dict` is inherited, but `_monomial` is
dedicated to path algebras. And `A1._monomial(b)` should of course try to
convert b into an element of the underlying path semigroup, before
constructing an element of itself.
Anyway: Fixed and added as test, needs review...
