 There are still a huge of number of failures, a lot of them in the number
 field stuff.
 I've double checked and these are not present in the old
 `u/SimonKing/ticket/14711` branch.
 So it must be that something about number field or coercion has changed in
 other tickets since the original development of this ticket.

 The current trac/master seems (mostly) fine.
 So it's between trac/master (6.1.1) and trac/develop (6.2.beta2).
 Or not, as I've just tested every tag up to 6.2.beta2 on top of
 `u/SimonKing/ticket/14711` without problems.
 I've resolved conflicts in a slightly different way so it might be the
 reason behind the different behaviors.
