One of the "new" problems when testing number_field.py seems to be that
{{{
def _lift_cyclotomic_element(self, new_parent, bint check=True, int rel=0)
}}}
is called with rel of non-int type.
The call stems from number_field_morphism.py:

x._lift_cyclotomic_element(self.codomain(), False, self.ratio)
}}}
