Is the suggestion to do something like this:

raise TypeError("%s is totally doomed."%m)
}}}
(which is when an optional parameter to `_repr_` can not make sense) or
like this:
{{{
raise TypeError("%s is totally
doomed."%m._repr_(suppress_warning=False))
}}}
(which works but is is clumsy)?
