IMO the `TriangularModuleMorphism` should be an internal coercion map in
these cases, and so the issue is the error messages includes the map.
Hence there is a big, scary, but completely unrelated warning printed with
the error message. So to suppress the warning, either we copy `self` or do
(something like) comment:218.
