Comment:
While looking at #10745 I noticed that the default `limtriv` over '''Q'''
in Simon's script `ellQ.gp` changed from 50 to 3 in the latest version, so
I changed the default setting in `ell_rational_field.py` and `gp_simon.py`
accordingly. Still qualifies as a reviewer patch, I guess.
