New description:

 With the most recent matplotlib (1.3.1 merged in 6.2.beta5 in #14993),
 dot2tex is not recognized and so graphs (crystals in particular) fail to
 display properly:
 {{{
 sage: C = KirillovReshetikhinCrystal(['A',5,2], 3,1)
 sage: view(C)
 dot2tex not available. Install after running 'sage -sh'
 }}}

 So we upgrade dot2tex to the latest development version and fix things up
 so this works with the most recent matplotlib.
