Try this spkg:
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/palmieri/SPKG/dot2tex-2.8.7.p3.spkg.
It should fix at least some of the problems, I think. (It's not ready for
review: it has uncommitted changes, and someone should convert it to a new
style package.)
