Try the equivalent for your machine of:

install_name_tool -change libflint.dylib
/Users/fbissey/build/sage-6.2.beta4/local/lib/libflint.dylib libec.0.dylib
install_name_tool -change libflint.dylib
/Users/fbissey/build/sage-6.2.beta4/local/lib/libflint.dylib
libflint.dylib

in $SAGE_LOCAL/lib. Don't forget to replace the path for SAGE_LOCAL with
what's correct for you.
Once that's done you can try to build sage again and see if it will go
past that point.
If it does we'll make the appropriate patch.
