Ok, I'm trying this. Thank you leif for the VERY explicit steps, which
start to help me understand even what these files even are.
The `otool` output was fine, and I decided to have it rebuild eclib just
to make sure that worked fine. I already reverted `module_list.py` and
`touch`ed the files so I'll let you know what happens when it's done. I'm
not messing with the `pari` issue, though :)
