Does this problem only occur when using interacts? I found an interact
that has controls below where the applet is drawn and am seeing some funny
things about who gets the click. I've also seen an issue with interacts
not moving out of the way to show the evaluate button. That is probably a
css issue that is separate from Jmol/JSmol.
