I let you do what you want with the implementation but I am still unhappy
with the documentation:
- Reading the definition, I do not understand where `lambda` comes from
(in both bibd and td)
- In `transversal_design` you do not specify whether the groups `V_i` are
disjoint or not. What is the convention? It should be said what is the
implementation in Sage (e.g. if I am using `is_transversal_design` I want
to know what I am testing).
