Thanks very much! I proofread it and made just minor changes.
Just one thing: I reverted the punctuation of the inline "MATH"
environments for consistency with all the other occurrence in Sage.
(whether that's the appropriate policy is debatable, but this ticket
is not a place to discuss this policy, and consistency goes first).
In one spot, I also reverted a minor stylistic change in the code (in
general, I like the ``not xxx`` idiom, but in this case I favor the
consistency of the condition between the if and elif).
I did a couple more minor edits prompted by yours.
