 I forgot about the discussion about this on #13125.  I think that `RIF`
 shouldn't coerce into the infinity ring, and that conversion should
 succeed if and only if the interval is finite or equal to either
 `[-infinity .. -infinity]` or `[+infinity .. +infinity]`.  To motivate why
 there shouldn't be a coercion, I would say that `RIF` and `InfinityRing`
 are two models for underdetermined (and possibly infinite) real numbers,
 but that they happen to be incompatible models with regard to the data
 they record.  In other words, neither of them is a "finer" approximation
 of the extended real numbers than the other.
