Given that comparison of `RIF` elements with infinity is broken, and there
is no good way to fix it with the current `InfinityRing`, users have to
work around it by comparing upper and lower endpoings separately, until
someone implements these "intervals in the infinity ring". If that is the
case, then why is it so urgent to make comparison of `RIF` elements with
infinity sort of work right now?
