We certainly don't want to delete `common/themes/sage/static`, for
example. But maybe

rm -rf en/*/templates
rm -rf en/reference/*/static
rm -rf en/reference/*/templates
}}}
?
In any case, it looks like these are empty directories, so I don't think
their presence should break docbuilding.
