Note that a solution for computing the automorphism group is as follows:
1. compute the automorphism group of the partition into groups (the
generators can be provided by hand, and I can provide a function for it)
2. compute the automorphism group of the block design (ie forget about
the groups)
3. make the intersection
I think that it is not that bad in terms of efficiency.
