Yeah I agree.. What the function does is not very clear indeed. Plus I am
not convinced that it is really a "Difference Set" function. It could be
more a BIBD function, or just a `Incidence Structure` relabelling
function.. We can go back to your previous commit if you prefer, no
problem.
