sage-fix-spkg-checksum rewrites the checksum only, the tarball name is
human input.
Either lower-case the tarball (as with the current version) or change
checksum.ini (not sure if the latter works, but should).
Delete all wrong-case r-3.1.0 tarballs (except the one you really want)
from upstream/ before testing..
