 around. Only one can be named `Hypergraph`, and if we change it to
 `IncidenceStructure` the input changes, i.e. no backward compatibility.

 What I meant to say is that you can rename things, change the underlying
 implementations, etc, as long as you do not remove functions and classes.
 No need to deprecate anything at all. IMHO...
