Considering that there is only so much that you can do for a univariate
polyonomial, I guess its true that you don't benefit from
`to_poly_solve=True` in #14239.
If you have fundamental questions about `NumberFieldElement` you should
post to sage-devel. None of its original authors will read this ticket.
