compile, but you said it didn't? didn't you?
I have had one success at configuring it and I am not sure how it
happened. In fact I am starting to think I hallucinated that success or
somehow was looking at some other code. The macro cannot possibly succeed
without extra include information because the compiler cannot find
openblas_config.h without it.
Refetching and retrying.
