4007b7d]||{{{reduced the size and complexity of the series constructor to
reduce the number of cached instances (very big performance improvement),
instead added further function arguments for to-be-constructed power
series, added a new (cached) function which determines the relevant series
data for the construction, use the parameter name d instead of set_d}}}||
