 This is to explain the most recent commit: By doing some non-commutative
 Gröbner basis computations relying on "biseq_t", I obtained crashes
 apparently caused by the `slice_biseq` function. It is using `mpn_rshift`,
 and it did so even when the shift was zero. However, I found in the docs
 that the shift is supposed to be at least 1. Hence, when there is no
 shift, I am now using `mpn_copyi` instead. Hope it helps to prevent the
 crash...
