I hope I have done what was wanted. On testing the whole library I find
some doctest failures which I think were caused by merging the pari 2.7.1
upgrade branch, and I hope they will go away by themselves. I see that
ticket #15767 is merged, but I am not sure whether all of the relevant
branch is already merged here.
