In the implementation of `quadclassunit()`, using `0` for `prec` is wrong.
Usually, `prec` arguments are set to `prec_bits_to_words(precision)` where
`long precision=0` is the last argument of the Sage method. The `flag` is
obsolete and `tech` should best be left alone, so I don't mind that you
don't allow to set those.
