Instead of giving each build a distinctive name, it is (unpleasant) giac
convention that the current development snapshot already has the name of
the future release (i.e. giac-1.1.2.tar.gz) and will be updated without
renaming. You only know that it has become stable when tarballs of the
successor version start to appear.
