 Except that the new ticket is not just about moving
 `sage.misc.bounded_integer_sequences` to
 `sage.data_structures.bounded_integer_sequences`, but moves a whole lot
 more.

 On THIS ticket, it does not make sense to dooe the big move from
 `sage.misc` to `sage.data_structures`, since this ticket is about
 introducing bounded integer sequences
