 Sage should arguably have a {{{RealBallField}}} and {{{ComplexBallField}}}
 with concrete implementations {{{RealBallField_arb}}} and
 {{{ComplexBallField_arb}}} (it would be useful to provide alternative
 implementations, for example to provide actual circular complex balls).

 Anyway, I took a quick look at the code, and it seems fine to me.
