 Earlier today I had it all working, for example, and now it doesn't even
 have the extra click boxes in the template, mysteriously.  I'm baffled.
 But that shouldn't happen.  Though you may be right about the old java.

 Yeah, I can't replicate this here, though the old java could possible
 contribute.  What happens if you click on the "live 3d" box and then
 evaluate?  That would bypass java creating the static image.
