Construct representations of the Iwahori-Hecke algebras, as detailed on
the [http://trac.sagemath.org/wiki/SageCombinatRoadMap combinat road map].
Specifically this patch will implement seminormal bases for Hecke algebras
of type A and B as CombinatorialFreeModules.
