New description:
Construct representations of the Iwahori-Hecke algebras, as detailed on
the [http://trac.sagemath.org/wiki/SageCombinatRoadMap combinat road map].
Specifically this patch will implement seminormal bases for Hecke algebras
of type A,,n,, and B,,n,, as !CombinatorialFreeModules.
[The attached commits are preliminary and subject to change, so it is NOT
safe to branch off them yet. Indeed, there is guarantee that sage will
even build. ]
