Whence the "../../../../local/lib/cliquer-1.2/cliquer.h" if there's no
spkg. Also, I belive local/include is in the include path, so no need to
have this long path. (And include files belong in local/include, not
local/lib.) I would probably drop the 1.2 suffix so we don't have to
update the link paths every time the version gets bumped.
