In order to get the `sage -sdist` command to work after applying this
patch, I had to copy all of the files over to `doc/common/static` as
actual files, since something in the build system could not find the files
as links. I will post the extra patch on this ticket, which was necessary
to roll `sage-4.1.rc0`.
