 Questions:

 - Is the stresstest really running forever?? It is supposed to take few
 seconds. I will test in a few minutes.
 - When should one use `sig_check()` and when `sig_on()/sig_off()`? I
 thought it is `sig_check()` when it could happen that an error or a return
 may happen that is not caused by a keyboard interrupt. But perhaps I am
 mistaken.
