Once this is ready, there are some other sagenb things that could be
packaged up so we could try to coordinate with #17306 (the 'big' release
now being out of the way).
By the way, why does
http://git.sagemath.org/sage.git/diff/?id=8314779f9e64eaeb0d00444a41336529286a9708
have build/deps mysteriously vanishing? (None of the individual commits
do this, of course.)
