The change of tiny to some sort of float value seems kind of odd, could
this be avoided somehow?
119 {'major': 3, 'minor': 2, 'tiny': 1.2, 'prerelease':
False}.
125 {'major': 3, 'minor': 2, 'tiny': 1.200...,
'prerelease': False}.
