 Not necessarily, it could be done here, especially if no other changes are
 needed.  I mention #17020 because there was a slightly different naming
 convention or something.  Anyway, you should be able to drop the new
 source tarball into `upstream` and then fix the checksums
 (http://www.sagemath.org/doc/developer/packaging.html#checksums) and do
 `sage -f jmol` to see what happens.  Hopefully nothing bad!
