Glad to see the progress! My window of time to work on this has closed.
In general I am nervous about putting something in that sometimes works
and sometimes doesn't for reasons we don't understand. If not done very
carefully, this could make the plotting code look really unprofessional.
Hopefully you guys will sort out where the bugs are.
