 It appears now "codes." must be preappended: for example,

 {{{
 C = ToricCode([[0,0],[1,0],[2,0],[0,1],[1,1]],GF(7))
 }}}
 becomes
 {{{
 C = codes.ToricCode([[0,0],[1,0],[2,0],[0,1],[1,1]],GF(7))
 }}}
