`sage.misc.function_mangling` and `sage.misc.cachefunc`, but they don't
appear in `src/module_list.py`! So, why are they built at all? Is that a
recent change? E.g.., is it not needed anymore to mention a `.pyx` file in
`module_list.py` if it has no `.pxd` and no compile options?
