Not yet. First, I think I saw somewhere that the documentation did not
build, and this must be fixed. Because of some http link.
Then we must figure out what happened, for even if a distclean makes the
trick something fishy is going on in the building process (Volker may
know). Unless we find what it is and fix it, everybody will have to do a
`make distclean` in order to have it work, just like we did.
